Should I be worried about any extra difficulties due to trade restrictions?

As our warehouse is located in New South Wales and our orders are shipped locally and Internationally everything is already taken care of. Your order will not cost anything extra than what you see in the checkout or be delayed because of trade restrictions.

When do you ship my order?

We ship all orders the same, or next business day, depending on if the order was placed before 6.00 PM.

How long is the delivery time?

We ship all our orders with Australia Post,StarTrack, TNT Australia, DHL Express, PACK & SEND,CouriersPlease, FedEx Australia, and Toll Group,AMS eGroup, Allied Express, Zoom2u  Next Day Delivery, so it should arrive at your address the following business day. You will always receive a tracking link where you can follow your order and get all the delivery details. Be aware that orders shipping to New Zealand and Europe usually take one -two business day to arrive.

Do I need to be present to receive my order?

Yes!  In our commitment to providing a secure and discreet delivery experience, we use PIN Code enabled deliveries through Australia Post ,StarTrack, TNT Australia, DHL Express, CouriersPlease, FedEx Australia, and Toll Group, among others.

Upon dispatch, you will receive an SMS and email containing a unique PIN Code. This PIN Code is essential for accepting your delivery from the driver. Additionally, you will receive a one-hour delivery window for your convenience.

If you are unable to be present to receive the delivery, you must provide the PIN Code to a trusted individual in your household for them to accept it on your behalf.

PIN Code enabled deliveries ensure:

  • Deliveries cannot be completed without the correct PIN Code.
  • Parcels will not be left unattended outside your door, reducing the risk of theft.
  • Packages cannot be rerouted to a post office or pickup point.
  • Your privacy is maintained, as only you will know the contents of your package, allowing you to order with confidence and discretion.

Please ensure you have your PIN Code ready when the driver arrives. If you are unable to provide the PIN Code at the time of delivery, you can request the driver to resend it. The PIN Code will be resent via SMS or email to the details provided in your order confirmation.

What happens if I’m not home when Australia Post tries to deliver?

If you miss the initial delivery attempt by Australia Post, they will either schedule another delivery the next day or request that you contact Australia Post customer service to arrange redelivery. A total of two delivery attempts will be made before the parcel is automatically returned to us. For your safety, your parcel will never be left unattended.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping is set at a minimum order value of $500 meaning all orders with a vaporizer have free shipping. If your order value is below $500 there will be a shipping cost ranging from $20 to $40  Our shipping costs change frequently so go to our checkout and see what your shipping costs will be if your order is under $500.

What are my shipping options?

All our orders are shipped with Australia Post,StarTrack,TNT Australia,DHL Express, CouriersPlease, FedEx Australia, ,Toll Group,Sendle,MailPlus,Zoom2u,Allied Express,Parcel Point,AMS eGroup and PACK & SEND Next Day Delivery and 2-3 business day Delivery .Be aware that orders shipping to New Zealand ,USA and Europe usually take one or more business day to arrive.

Where do you ship from?

Our warehouse is located in Glasgow for quickest shipping throughout the United Kingdom.

Do you sell to people located outside Australia?

Yes.The products available in this shop are located in our New South Wales warehouse and will ship to customers inside and outside of Australia (order countries).If you want to place an order to other countries, Europe ,USA and neighboring Countries go to www.magicvaporizers4australia.com.

Are the packages discreet?

Yes, we ship our packages discreetly in plain boxes without any references to MagicVaporizers. Instead, we use our trading name “Anything Worldwide” for packaging. 

We also employ PIN Code enabled deliveries to uphold your privacy. This means that only you will have access to a unique PIN Code, which you’ll need to provide to the driver for delivery acceptance. When do I receive my tracking number?

Tracking emails are sent out the same day your package was shipped at around 6.00 PM.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, but you need to contact us. The sooner you do it, the easier it will be.

What happens if I choose to not receive the package?

For packages that have not been accepted, we reserve the right to deduct $20 for our actual shipping costs (delivery and return) from the order total and refund the remaining amount to your account. If you would like to arrange for a new shipment you will have to place your order again.
