International shipping is available via FEDEx Priority Mail International for $40 or FEDEx Priority Express Mail International for $55 .

The shipping cost is $9.95 with FEDEx First Class International for orders containing only accessories.

According to the estimates provided by FEDEx, Priority Mail International takes 3-15 business days to arrive, and Express takes 5-10 business days. We have seen international orders take up to 30 days in rare scenarios.

Please remember that customs processing and delivery within your country will probably add a few days to these estimates.

We advise that you also track your package.

International return policy:

We do not accept any used or opened items internationally, sorry friends. For items that have yet to be used or opened, we can accept returns if received within 30 days of returning them. We do not cover international shipping costs for returns.

International warranty policy:

We do not accept international returns for vaporizers that have been used. If you run into an issue with your vaporizer, and need to return it under warranty, we ask that you prepare your address where you can send your vaporizer, which can be forwarded to us.
